LaForce values employees' health and well-being. Full time employees are able to take part in our health and dental coverage for themselves as well as spouse and dependents. Both the health and dental plans offer different levels of coverage allowing our employees and their families options which best fit their lifestyle/needs.

Saving for retirement is a priority! LaForce recognizes this and offers a great 401K program. Employees are able to contribute their own money immediately—anywhere from 1% to 60% of their earnings. LaForce also provides a 401K match dependent upon personal contributions.

Life Insurance
LaForce provides a $10K term life insurance policy for all full time employees and also offers the option to purchase additional coverage up to $200K. Spouses and dependent children are also eligible for life insurance coverage.
Disability Insurance
LaForce provides long-term disability coverage for full time employees, covering any non-work related injury or illness after a 60 day waiting period.
